A nicely situated restaurant by the bank of the river with beautiful views . However food was not as expected. Typical Vietnamese cuisine . Not something special .
Very good food, friendly staff , great city . There is nothing more to say. Go and visit.

You'll need 2-3 hrs to properly visit and see all 3 levels, lots to see, any believe its only 0.75$ an entry for so much history and information. Great site - Haig Kanadjian
