Wonderful service, happy hour starts at 6 for buy 1 get 1 beer and $4 snacks . Squid salad was delish. Great view and check out the gallery on ground floor!
you can see the great view of pagodas in Yangon especially at night time, foods are nice, almost every people who works there can speak english well . :)
Try a daily set menu for K 8000 - 9000/- Lassi/juices are US$4 ea while spirit based drinks are <US $6!
The whole view to Yangon city in 360 degree.If you are musical lover,there is a little music every night starting from 7pm.but they're not the same everyday.Well for the foods taste,it's was just Ok.
Greek salad is excellent but tiny portion. Feels great after a week of noodles and fried chicken . Wifi works great

you pay for the "view ". didn't try the food but the lime soda with syrup was bad.
For the view only. Juices and cakes not impressed. Stick with beer in bottle.
Pay in Kyat, because they will charge you 1/4 extra in US $. Bit strange for an expat bar .
