Rare; cool red center. Med Rare; warm red center. Medium; hot pink center with a touch of red. Med Well ; thin strip of pink and gray around the edges. Well ; gray throughout. Outback is correct.
Service were super nice and willing to work with us! The food was excellent as well . Definitely made my Dad's birthday a good one :)
Lunch menu and prices are the same as dinner , so not much to speak of. Service is pretty good at lunchtime, since there are fewer people.
I enjoyed a New York Strip with a butter garlic topping.
They really need to re-educate the cooks on the correct prep temps of the steaks . Our server was great, however!
Food was good but they were out of allot if items on the menu. Service was good, but the kitchen took so oooo long, it took 2 1/2 hours to get out food!! I'm fed up with Outback and will not go back.

The restaurant is empty... At least 20 empty tables and it was a 20 minute wait to be seated. Family of seven came in after my family of five. They were seated 15 minutes before us...
As soon as you sit down ask for CLEAN utensils.
Great service. They correct mistakes
30min wait when there were TONS of empty tables . never brought us a highchair after asking 2x. Got it ourselves. Seated10 mins before any service. Steak overcooked, blooming onion still had peel.

In a sea of competition the fresh food & reasonable price point may deserve a 2nd look. Fried chix tenders are battered fresh. Juicy w/ hints of corn, paprika, thyme. Steak-cooked & seasoned nicely. - Cutter Houck
