Consistently good food quality, poor/aloof service, & a correct order about 50% of the time. Expect 5-10 minutes before the server even greets you, even when they're slow. Good luck getting a refill!

Hiring here at Cheddar 's, bound to be with all the empty booths and we waited 30 minutes to be seated, after we was in our booth 15 more minutes to get a drink, Ridiculous still waiting on the food :)
