Don't believe the ads. It is MUCH quicker by tube from O2 to London. Avoid if in a rush (but delightful scenery if you have the time)
If they want people who actually live in London to use this, lower the prices or include it on oyster travel cards.

Great views along the Thames and was only £8 from Greenwich to Embankment. Isn't part of your Oyster day ticket and doesn't accept contactless Oyster though. - Matt Short
