Good location, 10 minutes walk to the downtown,, friendly staff and they always upgrade my room to a suite 👍🏻

The congress facilities are quite small, you feel cramped. The room is clean , furniture old, breakfast average. I would expect more from the best hotel in Zagreb .

Most ridiculous five-star experience. Broken ventilators cause terrible noise, or in the replacement room extreme warm. Room cleaning only 8 am - 9 am. Soft beds . Cigarette smoke.

Very good location, spacious room but rather “heavy decoration”. Breakfast and lunch at hotel restaurant were good. You need some patience to wait for the elevators .

The service is decent but simple things did not function properly like a running toilet all night, a/c that spews out heat & the lights went out unexpectedly. This place is a dump . Avoid.
