One of limited number five star hotels in Zagreb. However it is not classic Sheraton comfort and luxury . Don't be disappointed.

Nice hotel , right in the center, not too far away from central station and all attractions . Good service , nicely furnished rooms, ok gym . The breakfast is very nice.

If you walked all day, and you're tired, you can return by Tram . The station is called Sheraton. Lines 9,13, four and eight stop there. Hop on the tramway and get the ticket from the conductor.

“Good enough” and very predictable hotel , a little old-fashioned rooms, attentive staff , great location, overpriced cocktails in the lobby bar but! it is piano bar with live piano music

A bit out of the date. It was 5stars 10 years ago, now it will not impress you much. Strange shower , one socket in a double room. But location is very good!

Check-in staff don't understand English. Bed is hard & bathroom is ridiculously tiny! Breakfast is like feeding at the zoo . Pool is small & unheated. Sauna is always full. Bad experience overall.

Like an old gentleman, well mannered, classy , pricey and old school.

Sunday all you can eat buffet lunch for 175 kunas per person is worthy your money.

Nice hotel and great service, however the rooms are looking a little tired and could use updating.

Westine is better than here in Zagreb.

Tsja, Sheraton is goed als afsluiter, lekkere cocktail , mooie live pianomuziek ,

ザグレブのメイン 観光 地、また中央駅やバスターミナル からも近くロケーションが最高に良い。近くにスーパーもいくつかあり、全く困ることはない。ローシーズンだったからか値段もお手頃だったのが更に嬉しい。シャンプー が泡立てば言うことなしだ。
