Love seeing the lobster pots and the working boats on the Henry Jones side of the piers , Christmas finds a couple of pinetrees with lights on deck+one boats with kangaroos+Santa disappearing
The gulls are fun to see at first but after a while, they become really annoying and crap on the nearby cars. So for hygiene and courtesy reasons, please don't feed the gulls.

Great timing to have The Taste Festival on from 28 Dec so you can both welcome the yachts as they come, wander around the docks then enjoy the best+finest Tassie foods+wines - just love this place:)
Allow time to walk around each of the boats from the Syd-Hobart who stay for a day or two - marvel at the size+clean lines of the maxis, but more so for the baby boats who cross such dangerous waters
