Great river view room. Quiet surroundings. My only thing is the positioning of aircon in the room. It blows at us on the bed... not the most comfortable for us, carpet can do a clean . Good overall

Did u know? It was a warehouse for imported flour in the early days of trading. There were many such warehouses along the river , storing all kinds of items imported, or to be exported. Source: hotel

You can be assured that this property provides you with good quality service. The room was clean , and cozy . The negative point was the sound of children in the main lobby early in the morning.

Very strategic location. Nearby to attractions nearby such as Jonker Walk, Stadthuys and museums . All within walking distance. Car park is provided too

One downside is the sloping writing desks, which leave little flat surface area in the room for things like drinks & food.

Pretty boutique hotel . Room is clean , spacious and equipped with toiletries. Great location and has parking spot for customers. It's pricey though

Like the hotel interior design and it's comfortable . The location is very strategic where you can easily access to those famous location.

You may ask the staff to show you the different types of rooms so make sure you do it before getting a room if you walk-in

Hotel doesn't do housekeeping unless you leave note to say you would like to have your room cleaned .

Parking lot is quite far (200m) and open area . Make sure you have an umbrella if its raining.

Booked and pre-paid for a room with a window. When we got there they said they'd overbooked and bumped us to an inferior room with no apology. Very poor service
