Better flavor and skin texture of the soup dumplings (xiaolongbao ) you can get at Ding Tai Fung. 四川辣椒雞丁awesome, they fried with a lot of peppers dry as displayed in the attached picture. ????

Tried the promotion glutinous rice dumpling with soya sauce chicken , Japanese Mushroom , dried scallop , dried shrimp , salted egg yolk etc..Serving is big but it's too dry. Not much taste in the rice ..

Very good food but the week after Chinese New Year we found that a lot of dishes were not available.

Will not be back here again, quality of food hygiene is not there - human hair on my pork ribs and to make it worst, they offered complimentary dessert which contained some part of a chicken wing !

Too crowded in the peak period. And is very noisy , other than from customer, U will hear "cling Kong" from the background. And the plate sound from waiters . Quite annoying. Food average.
