Try the Premier Hall , more comfortable , and I even got to order some hot drinks just before the movie started! The seats are also slightly declinable.

Make sure to buy your tickets online if you choose to go during peak hours, parking shouldn't be a problem during weekdays

Well , the movie was great.The cineplex 's sound system was great.I'll say it is the best in Penang.

my 1st time @ GSC Penang & to experience the DBox watch THE FINEST HOURS but have to stand for 1hour waiting for to enter bcos no waiting seat..

Try to avoid movie times and go one moment earlier to actually have a chance at parking , less common times for lunch and dinner too, or else, you might have to park at illegal spots...

The seat been replace to more comfort and I love the nudget with it's chilli !! But, long queue on the weekends to but ticket even worse if u are booking in advanced make I so sick of it!!

The hygiene at the food booth or the popcorn booth or whatever you call it, has actually went down. Sometimes, there's even an obnoxious smell coming from their workplace or should I say kitchen.

Even the sound system 's not so good, I like to watch movies here, the theatre inside is very clean , so different...

It's at the top floor. Recommend to park at the multi level carpark instead of basement . Basement too expensive , 3 bucks an hour.

Whole premier class only got 2 of us, WTH~ actually is great, but unfortunately we watch horror film . We left in half way, because it's really too SCARY when we alone in a big hall ! OMG!!!

Hall2 air cond not that cold...hall3 air cond very cold at b row 15 n 16...good in the hot afternoon

Paid extra for the premium theatre. Which was still quite cheap..The picture was out of focus and the rear speakers were blown... Like a pirated copy DVD??

Not up to my standards of cinema . There isn’t any waiting-lounge or at least some sofas to sit on while waiting for the gate to open? oh well , I still enjoyed watching movies over here anyway.. :)
