The Dene is a serene and beautiful place for a walk, jog or stroll with a loved one. There is no place in Newcastle that offers such a fine example of natural beauty.
Waterfalls in the middle of Newcastle. Such a lovely place to visit for a stroll. The cafe serves a good coffee . Theres usually an ice cream van too. If you have kids, try taking them to pets corner!
Beautiful place. So peaceful and pretty. Has a waterfall , loads of pathways and large green areas to sit and have a picnic or play.
A wonderful gesture by the original owner, Lord Armstrong, was donating this stunning parkland full of winding paths , bridges , waterfalls and ruins.
