Good for a sunny day, take a picnic along and the kids will love it, often has events there like Pride, TeddyBears picnic , and there is the lake boats and a playground for li'l kids.
Don't cycle through the puddle that forms under the motorway bridge ! Often gets to 50cm in depth!
Nice,big park to relax.

Lovely park and you have the option of having a nice lunch at the Italian restaurant that’s in the park and a 3 course lunch is only £5 and you won’t get any better it’s class and the staff are nice - Maria Smith
