Breakfast was good but its the same for two days I've been. I like the fact that the hotel was a short distance from the shopping mall , jonker streets , dataran pahlawan and the lists continues.

If you check the room carefully and it is really dirty . The shower water had some bad smell. The best is the view , the only best for this hotel .

The hotel has a decent view of Melaka (room 822). The bed was huge and the room was averagely clean . Good choice to stay if you're in Melaka . Reasonable room rates too

Pretty good front desk service. Reasonable price from Agoda. Breakfast kinda suck but room service makes up to it for sure!

Limited parking bays and putting trash in car park occupied parking bay . End up have to paid for private parking bay . Take very long time to check in and breakfast is so poor.

This hotel is totally out of standard. It is old. Very old. Really need a major renovation & refurbish. Toilet bowl & bath tub? Bajet hotel 's bowl is whiter than theirs. Poor management.

Check out took almost an hour cos they only want to open ONE counter for checkout

I've been told that check in time is 1pm, so i reach here about 2pm++. Guess wat?! My room is still not ready! They request me to wait for half an hour without any apologize. Sucks service!!

Very old hotel

Carpet smelly, location sucks, in house facilities sucks. Air conditioning spoil (or can consider no cold air at all. Only wind) entertainment sucks. Not recommend.

They didn't clean my room well enough when I checked in. The was hair in the shower . But the coffee house staffs were so so nice, at the reception- not so much.

It’s decent but wouldn’t recommend and wouldn’t revisit. Housekeeping is terrible and even when we complained they didn’t apologise, hotel room phone isn’t working, WiFi is terribly slow.

wifi must pay (10 ringgit for an hour) , pool got fungus cannot swim , blanket got smell , air condition not good ...
