This Hokkien Mee stall outside Restoran Keat Seng is the best. I've been eating here for over 2 decades now and the taste has always been consistent. Truly one of Penang's best kept foodie secret.
Hokkien mee is a must here...now they use disposable spoon and chopsticks that I don’t like

Char Koay Teow priced at Rm4.50. Go for Koay Teow with duck egg . Nicely done but to the oilier side, the standard is a bit inconsistent.
