The internet connection is not free in a hotel with 4-star.... The best thing is the location but it is not worth to stay, I really don't like????

Best avoided. Food is inedible, lots of issues with rooms. Unhelpful staff . They insist on paying cash despite card machines being available.

It's definitely not a 4* hotel-maybe 3* even worse.in the steam bath you feel a strong smells of mauld,the sauna is small and not very hot,broken showers , no courage to try the pool,robes,parking-paid

No water on busy hours on the top floor. Bad food and drinks, hard to find free table. Our dirty glasses are still in the room without proper cleaning . The staff are rude. Our fridge is not working.

Worse hotel ever been to. I would give it 2stars, definitely not 4. Huge problems with hot water. My tip - don't go.

Herşey var ama herşey keyifsiz.. Yemek, gün boyu içecek ikramı , SPA.. hepsi sadece ihtiyacı gidermek için..tek güzel olan odamız ve manzarasıydı .

Интерьер хороший, но в спа очень много народу и сауна не прогревается теплее 60 градусов. Interier is good, but there are a lot of visitors in spa and sauna is cold (60 degrees)

temiz otel ama spası facia. yemekleri orta, aç kalmassınız. ama banskoda çok güzel restoranlar var onları tercih edin bence

Konum olarak cok guzel yerde.

На третьем этаже плохо пахнет канализацией( но,в целом, отель неплохой)
