Hidden away, this restaurant 's specialty is a rooster dish, capon , from the 16th century. The white is sweet, the red savory like stew .

I never knew rooster could be so tender and delicious. The Kopun salad was an appetizer yet very large and included peaches , figs , grapes . Another perk is the beautiful view inside the city walls.

Kopun = enuch rooster . And that is their specialty, it's pretty tasty! The staff is very nice and the location is great (top of GoT stairs).

The rooster duuuuuh! Book in advance to avoid disappointment. Tables were fully booked on our first visit. Very tasty indeed. Right by the game of thrones steps!

Tasty pastas and salads . Very well priced for quality of food. Cosy, pleasant atmosphere compared to majority of other old town restaurants . Would recommend.

We were lucky to get a place here in the evening, as it is very busy. The survice was quick and knowledgeable . We were recommended a traditional meal BRODET , and it matched our expectations!

I was there for dinner and my recommendation is that you try a capon according to the recipe from 16th century, what the aristocrats from that time ate. Very delicious!

I'd recommend octopus with polenta if you are in for a bit of spicy food . Very mild if you don't touch the spicy peppers , and don't expect something too spicy .

Catch of the day was super fresh and amazing. Cold fish platter was way too salty, the chicken was not very special. Good service & nice relaxed atmosphere .

The food has not flavor the kopun in the gnocchi was really hard... the soup had not flavor... but they have good service .

What I do like about this place is the capun- it actually is sweet and has a great taste compared to normal chicken . Seafood risotto was good. Feel like there are better restaurants though

The food is bullshit. Don’t go here. It doesn’t cost this amount of money. The food is too simple.

I had the tuna steak and it was fishy and overcooked. Also tried the rooster with mushroom sauce which was good but not worth the price. Overall expensive and we sat inside which was not very nice.

Dubrovnik beef pasta was good, but old waiter wasn't friendly (didn't say bye or thank you when I left). Kinda weird that the warm appetizers are main dishes.
