A nice hotel located in the middle of several shopping centres and has a underground connection to the station. Get a high floor for a great view

The hotels location is strategic right next to the Osaka station city and Herbis plaza . It has its own shopping plaza as well . Another nice place to stay at when in Osaka.

The breakfast buffet at Checkers is great; it has both Western and Japanese breakfast foods, so you can try new things and still have your favorites, too!

I've never had a bad experience here. Great service and amenities , convenient location. The renovated rooms are nice - lux but comfortable . Gym/pool/ bath/sauna close at 9:45 PM.

Great location - walking distance to Osaka Umeda Station. Gym is a bit small but Service is excellent and rooms are nice.

Call up or email the hotel in advance to get directions if arriving by train to Osaka station . The hotel website does not provide any directions and it is a pain finding directions with luggage

Spacious and comfortable rooms . Right next to railways and Daimaru.

Nonguests in the lobby get Wi-Fi for free, but paying guests get the opportunity to pay 1690 per day to use Wi-Fi in the room.

Rooms are modern but have a distinct Japanese flair. Gold members and above get free breakfast at Checkers (2F).

Baseball fans - the Hanshin department store (1 block away) hosts the Hanshin Tigers Shop...t-shirts/jerseys/caps for your baseball fans back home!

Bring your own water there is no free water than you can take from the executive lounge back to your room

The view from the Skybar (35th Floor ) is amazing!

Tiny rooms even by Japanese standards, and its interiors are needing serious updates.

Of all the different executive lounges in various countries , the lounge in Osaka is somewhat disappointing. They close quite early & I can't take a drink to my room? WTH?!?!

I would advise to choose a different hotel . The staff is rude, the lobby is like a bus station . My first and last stay at a Hilton. Very disappointing.

If you're a wasterner, you'll love the buffet breakfast at Checkers ! Many of the comforts of home!

Location is handy, but it's a average Hilton. Good service , but that should be nothing unusual in Japan.

The staff in the Hilton Honors lounge were most helpful in finding souvenir opportunities in the area...

Great buffet on the 35th floor . Comes with a good view too!

The Hilton Christmas train will finish on the 7th of January, so do come and see it.

Don't bother ordering a draft beer in the IN Lounge ; walk across the street to am/pm and buy cans at a MUCH lower price...

After entertainment with guest, stay over in a comfort room at Hilton...

ヒデキさんと元気くんとお茶。ツリーの前の鉄道模型?が良い感じ‼

お部屋も綺麗で最上階 のバー も良かったです。

最上階 のレストラン からの眺めは最高^_^
