Misconstrued reviews. This place isn't for best accomodations, it's to observe unfotunate lives these lake people live. Fascinating probably not, eye opening for sure.

In reality the life of the people is not so awful as you may hear from locals. It's an ordinary village with its own churches , shops, cellular coverage. The only uniqueness is that it stays on water.

There is a big tourist trap here: Market owner, and the guide on the boat, everyone are a theatre team. You can buy almost “truck of rice ” for 50$ in Cambodia. They are playing a drama role well ...

Not so much of a great value for money but nice to see. Watch for told sad stories about the population of the floating village . They are just BS to make you buy overpriced rice , notepads, etc...

9 boat ride during dry season on a super cramped, unairconditioned boat. Boat takes so much longer during the dry season , but views are nice!

Great tour - eye opening and sobering. Floating village is - where your basic home is subject to the elements and clean water is not come by.

В любой части России есть точно такое озеро : большое,грязное и дурно пахнет :)

Перед тем как ехать на озеро убедитесь, что воды в нормальном количестве и вас повезут в деревни. В противном случае сделайте круг по грязной луже, ничего не увидите и домой. Стоимость : 20$ с человека
