Finally, an urban in Ottawa! Friendly staff (always greeted with a hello and goodbye + a smile), big roomy fitting rooms. Love the way there is a sale section on the top floor, making it easy to find.
I found the staff to be friendly and not overbearing. The store was also easy to navigate. Sure, I like the San Francisco location better but I'll admit that's because I'm biased.
Super friendly staff ! We recommend picking up a fortune cookie disposable camera for those memorable nights out!

Aux Delices bakery has the best gingerbread you can find! It's so soft and they decorate it using shapes and icing. - Nakita Gomes
