Definitely so so quality clothing . Had jeans and shirts that have shrunk often.
Meh service. One girl was really nice than another as just rigid. People have bad days though so it is forgiven don't know about quality, we will just have to see I guess.

Finally, an urban in Ottawa! Friendly staff (always greeted with a hello and goodbye a smile), big roomy fitting rooms. Love the way there is a sale section on the top floor, making it easy to find. - Grace Pataunia
