Entrance to the Ferris Wheel is on Floor 7 of HEP FIVE Shopping Mall . High up, even before getting on. The rotation of the pods, to keep them horizontal, is clunky. Not a nice feeling being that high.
Its not too high. Tp its nice if u go there at night. U can see almost osaka with a lighting.
Views were great and the speaker in the pod was a nice touch
