Get at least two access cards on check-in because they have a high failure rate. I had to get my card replaced four times in five days.

in-room kitchenette is very well stocked and equipped and having an in-room washer/dryer is great

not too bad but pushing it to claim 5 stars... nice TVs , iPad's a nice touch. Internet's flaky. Shower cube's weak base leaks, messy. Apartments have an oven and large fridge . Studios have a hob.
