One of the best in-hotel clubs and lounges in terms of employees' attitude and atmosphere quietness . To have a privilege to enter the Club you need to stay at a Chambers Suite or higher class room.

Love the pink fingers of beetroot bread sarnies for afternoon tea :-)

It's all open now. Looks great from the front. Hotel now fully functional - have a walk inside and check it out. Lovely bar too...

Nice lounge area . For club members, great breakfast offering.

The free WiFi is erratic here. The bottom end of the lounge is best - near the computer desk, or even at the tables along the corridor.

Peaceful and quiet . Excellent private service.

Used to be a fantastic place. staff seemed overwhelmed during peak times - breakfast , tea time etc. service is lacking. Have to self serve which they don’t like but otherwise you’re left hanging.

Great place for a drink before bed, including hot chocolate for children.

The main entrance us not open yet. Enter the Eurostar station mezzanine platform . Turn left at the huge statue of Kisses. Pass Carluccis on the left and there is a door for "Booking Office " ahead.

Main entrance is open but you cannot drive up to it yet. Building the hotel continues.
