Accommodation is great value , I stayed in Club, free Wifi is the real deal and the club meals and drinks are included great value . Restaurant is pricey , dinner dining options with in walking distance

It could be a 3* due to being an older hotel but room is very clean , stuff very friendly and kind, almost next to the High Kensington tube station , cafes , restaurants , shops on Kensington st

Try the breakfast buffet and be happy every morning; you'll love the English breakfast here. The location is also great, very close to the tube, so almost everywhere indeed.

If you use a MacBookPro and don't bring the extension cord for the power adapter it won't fit the sockets. They are too close to the floor. Call on the handy man and he will rotate the socket for you.

Go for veg and vegans or other health food and very important for good healthy fruits , water and fresh juices during the day at Whole Foods store!

Don't be fooled by the flashy lobby, the rooms are a bit dated and could do with a refresh. The staff are friendly and helpful though which does make your stay more pleasant.

To get there: There is a shortcut from next to the tube station to the hotel . The hotel has loads of parking too and is close to a Boris bike Station.

There's free Internet for ONE device for each room (RJ-45 provided). You'll have to pay for more devices/common area access. Trick is to do Internet Sharing on Wifi on that one device you're granting!

Houskeeping sucks. What they did with the most importand guest... the travel round the world and here they are really pissed.

Put the chain on your door. We can only assume ut was Housekeeping that walked into our room while we were sleeping!!! Didn't make for restful nights sleep!!!

There's a chargebox here so u can charge ur phone in a secure locker while u have a coffee ...pretty handy if you didn't pack you're charger!

More like a railway station than a hotel . Horribly crowded and lousy service to boot. Manager promises to resolve issues and that’s the last you see it hear of him. Avoid at all costs

Maybe it because I am asian and our service standards are much higher, but even so they booked the rooms wrong. I mean who books a room 2 days after they are gone. Anyway, this place sucks

The "Bugis Street " oriental restaurant is 100% better than the brasserie
