So well located, stylish , comfortable , free wifi . People watching is awesome as is access to the Tube, busses, Royal Albert Hall, Hyde Park . Add breakfast for £15 - well worth it.

A great 5 star hotel located In the heart of london , everything you need is in walking distance , Min Jiang is one of the best Chinese restaurants in london so do remember to reserve a table

Friendly staff , David is an excellent conciergebut I'm still missing the Nespresso espresso ,usually all the 5 stars hotels provide the rooms with the Nespresso machines.Except this hotel not till now.

Be sure to book online or face a 20 pound charge per day for wifi . Yikes. We booked through Disney Vacation Club (which is overall a big plus!)

surrounding area is full of cafes and restaurants . Shopping shops are every where. Plus it's beside the Kensington gardens . It feels like a Business hotel ????

This hotel takes kick backs from drivers then that cost is passed on to you. If your looking for a professional taxi a lower costs, hail one from the street.

Don't want to spend 25gbp on breakfast ? Cross the road and go to wholefoods......

They thought construction work outside my room for an hour after midnight was completely acceptable and did not apologise. Drilling, banging etc etc Awful experience. Horrible customer service.
