The suites room was very spacious and clean . Staff very helpful and friendly too. Just the multi carpark was a littlr too small. Overall a nice place for vacation stay with family.

Bed is comfort, toilet is normal ,swimming pool is not as big as u see on web .Parking is very narrow for turning Breakfast is normal as well . Overall is good

Deluxe Standard: Double Single-Bed room RM150 per night. Wifi is good. With Toshiba flat screen TV . Furniture in room need upgrade. Clean condition need improve.

Lousy hotel , deserve no star. Towel with blood stain, 40 min check in with only 1 counter and rude front desk malay lady, aircond with hot air during midnight, drinking water with seal broken????????????????

Floors of the apartments are dusty, especially in the bedroom. So are the pillows - I had to beat them out over the balcony ! Generally ok

Did not get any newspaper whatsoever.. Also the morning buffet and lunch is sooo stingy. They just leave the buffet empty. Hoping more variety of food but better improve the food availability 1st!

stayed at the service apartments .. Pretty decent but slightly small.. Bathroom tubs look bit old and dodgy. Don't get their extra bed cause its the kind where u can feel the spring. Clean though :)

The apartment is old, smell strange, and worn out. It's spacious but the furniture is worn out. Parking no problem but no wifi available.

Alwaysstay here whenever I come back to Ipoh!! Reception staff got room for improvement though... Haha! Rooms are nice n decent :p

Wifi service is very2 good, plus its free. Had fish n chips at the hotel cafe , but there was no chips . Apparently fnc here actually means fried fish .

Stay in Deluxe King Room. Spacious room . But the furniture looks old. Wifi is so poor. There are stains on the showerfloor.

Unfortunately this hotel isn't really clean . Hygiene has to be improved, found quite a few small roaches in the toilet from time to time.

Shower hot cold water hard to adjust.

I like their beds. It's very comfy .
