I had a comfortable stay last week. Good facilities, helpful staffs . The only prob: confusing carpark. Should've put a bigger/noticable sign or perhaps receptionist can inform the guest beforehand.

Room is not as spacious and facilities are not as good as other hotels , but service is at top notch. The staffs are very friendly and helpful. The bed is one of the best bed I've ever slept in hotels .

Customer service are good, I like the roof top bar which has a nice set up for outside sittings . the breakfast at the ground floor not really that good overall it is a nice and good experience stay.

The room is spacious and cosy. With separate area for lounging , small table of 4 if you want to order room service . Customer service also excellent. However i hope they provide 2 access card and half

I feel it’s a good hotel to stay in Ipoh, and it’s really convenient with Ipoh parade situated right next to it. Comfy rooms and I guess , free minibar is a plus point too

Probably the best hotel you can find in Ipoh. The bathroom is amazing and facilities are decent especially the infinity pool .

When we arrived back in the hotel at 5pm, the guy said that it could be fixed at 7pm but it's not a promise???????? the lady at the next counter actually say that the aircond is fixed to others.
