Entrance from plaza goes into museum , entrance through the gate to the view . And the view is superb!

It is SO beautiful, def worth going there. Tip: behind the castle theres a nice & quite square. Grab a coke , sit down and enjoy the panorama

Walk past the castle to the piazza with the church , nearly the same view but for free plus you can enjoy a drink and some pizza too.

Maybe one of the best views of the city , the building itself is pretty uninteresting. The entrance is at Largo S. Martino on the eastern side of the complex.

If you want a quick view of Naples this is it without the cost of Vesuvius. Get off at Vanvitelli station - line 1 of the metro and follow the signs (walk uphill)
