Castel Nuovo, a huge castle erected in 1279-1282, houses the Civic Museum (closed Sundays). Inside are 14th-15th century frescoes and paintings , silver, and bronzes from the 15th century to present.

I was so privileged to witness the glory of Castel Nuovo, The great history of Naples royalties. Very beautiful. i am in awe to see all the remains and art works of the castle .

Beatiful outside. Inside rather waste of time - a few secondary Italian paintings and sculptures . Restoration chaotic - blend of contemporary & reconstructed pieces.

The entrance fee is EUR6,00. Nice to visit if you have free time in Napoli

Great for photography , park in the lot near the water and walk in-land early in the morning.

Nothing much to see inside. But overall a great castle , at night as well . The view from the top is nice.

You will feel like you are in Medieval . Must see place in Naples ;)

there is civic museum on the building left, 3 floors only with lift, full of fine artworks with no many tourists .

I thought it was poorly kept and overpriced, especially compared to other monuments in Napoli.

Değişik bir havası var. Özellikle camekan kısmında iskeletler insanı derin düşüncelere daldırıyor. İnsan bir hediyelik eşya tükkanı açar. Türklerin ticaret zekası bunlar da yok 😂

Splendido. Tuttavia maltenuto , intorno vi sono troppi venditori ambulanti. Vi sono dei graffiti sulla parte posteriore del castello e la strada è davvero sporca. Napoli SVEGLIATI.
