ممتاز جدا للمبتدئين، ٣٠ دقيقه تمارين مختلفه ومحدده ،مابين سويدي وkickboxing ،
النادي حلو للي يبغى يكتسب لياقة، دائما عندهم عروض اشتراك
للاسف الفرع يحتاج صيانه ونظافة. حيث خزائن الملابس اقفالها لا تعمل، الماء في المرواش ضعيف جدا، ارضية التمارين مهترئة.
