Very nice hotel . Next to Prangin Mall and bus station . Go to the information counter and get the Rapid KL pocket map. So you can travel all over Penang Island by bus ! Cheap and easy :)

Worse customer service at the fitness centre! Especially the two female staffs(the fat malay and the thin Indian). Hanging around chit chatting all the time and NO ONE TAKING CARE AT THE COUNTER!

Price is ok but location is a bit far from the good places in the centre. Rooms are a bit old. Tip: hotel opposite (St Giles) has better bar on 30th floor and very good Japanese restaurant .

Food is good. Limited parking . Don't forget to let your ticket stamped before exiting the hotel if you are there for a function.

The traders club room is nice but still used tv emmm expect will used such as lcd or plasma and the receptionist at club traders so friendly .. tumbs up

While the renovation is going on, think they also need to re-train their staff on cleanliness and customer service. Definitely not even 4* star service. Location is great and within walking distance

The pillows really are wafer thin. There's also a massive construction site - a hotel going up right next to Traders. Don't get a room near the lifts either - you can hear them all night.

Comfy hotel if not for the lack of parking spaces during peak hours in which you're sent on a parking hunt elsewhere!!

Pleasant hotel .. But the rooms are not sound-proof... Can hear the noisy neighbour's TV even at 2am!
