Nice hotel with quality services. Rooms are nice! Front counter are friendly . Everything is awesome!!! Staffs are so sweet they gave me a surprise! When I came back I saw a cake in my room.

Buffet worth the money! Snow crabs , scallops (not the processed kind), fresh oyster , smoked salmon . Very nice!

Rooms were stylish and clean . The rooms with higher floors have a good view of penang .

The room is spacious . The bathroom and room's tiled floor has a dusty feeling, maybe because the hotel is still very new. Breakfast selection is good. There is porridge and sushi .

There's only one counter for check out, and the line barely moves. We're talking about peak hour -1230pm.

The hotel itself is pretty nice, there's free wifi . But the service was horrendous, we took hours to get checked in!

Went for their ala carte in restaurant . Food taste average, nothing special, not sure about the buffet tho. Price is consider average for hotel restaurant . Good ambience too!

Over rated but mind you... It's not as pricey as the other hotels ... Perhaps you shouldn't expect more than what you are paying for...

The buffet is a disappointment. Food variety is limited and the buffet counter is constantly empty. Ice cream already melted. Food is labeled wrongly. Not a place you want to be for a classy buffet .
