The new porridge on offer for members is lovely. However, the advert is misleading, as they don't serve it in a bowl. They should also offer butter or cream or syrup with it.
Always remember to tell them you have a Costa card, BEFORE you pay. They never ask.
I know they need to follow Covid guidelines but by God they're militant about it. It sucks the joy from the experience.
For some eeason, they expect you to eat a lemon tart with only a knife. o.O
Was better when Esquires. Staff friendly but tables filthy and not cleared up. Looks a tip.
