Staff attempt to be ‘Relaxed & Chilled’ actually come across as uninterested & it’s Apple so you have to put up with it if you need Apple device + service. Very rude in any other environment
If you take your iPad there and tell them you want to do something the staff will download all the decent apps for that purpose for you :)
