The atmosphere is worth a try! They serve the typical slovaki food. They're open till midnight but be aware that the kitchen closes a few hours sooner.
Good place to try slovak cuisine and awesome beer . We tried sausages and bryndza halusky. Recommended
Very cozy and elegant atmosphere. I tested traditional Slovak dish. It was not my type but it's a matter of taste. I recommend to seat inside and enjoy the interior.
I got traditional plates from the place .. it’s cheap but quality meal. Waiter was helpful and careful about the customer! Tables inside and outside! Fare price!
Very tasty and creamy garlic soup in bread ! Beer is not that cool. Other garlic soup is not creamy, but I think that there are more garlic there
Great food. The dark beer is unforgettable!! Not too expensive , cozy , beautiful. It goes perfectly well with this marvelous city .
I tried traditional halušky and I simply loved it. The restaurant has good atmosphere and nice indoor smoking area ???? Prices are very fair .
The full menu is available inside the restaurant , they don't serve everything outside. Out favorites are "Homemade cabbage soup with sausage and pork " and "Potato halusky with bryndza (sheep cheese )"
Do you want to try slovakian food ? Here is the answer! ????????
Atmosphere is nice, the waiters are fast and nice. Don't ask for too much dumplings , we ordered a plate for 2 but it's good for 4 and not as a main dish (taste it's really strong and it's a heavy dish
When I Slovakia have the kapusnica. You won’t be disappointed. They also brew their own beer here - order the monastic dark if you can. It tastes like chocolate .
Once a large theater , this beer hall/restaurant serves local cuisine at cheap prices and is a popular establishment with university students. Long tables, great for groups .
Quite delicious food and does not seem to be as touristy as some of the places in old town .
First time I tried the traditional Slovakian bryndzove halusky and I loved it. The place is huge and traditional.
I was absolutely satisfied with the service (fast, kind, attentive) and the food was gorgeous! I definitely recommend :)
The ambient is really nice, it looks like a really old town . Food, and specially beer , are really cheap ! Totally worth it!
The really big restaurant with beautiful interior . Meals are tasty and for average price.
Good place with own beer and local food. Go and see the whole place inside and outside.
Really traditional interior. Great place to enjoy a meal and a few beers .
Love that place! Nice waiters , good food, drinks and nice atmosphere! But of course I have boobs so maybe thats why everyone is nice...
A great place to know the traditional Slovak cuisine. Craft beer is great either
Nice place, very good service , and most importand - excelent food. Best gulash I've ever had.
Always crowded , service is moody, but garlic soup in bread is to die for. 3.50 euro!
The best food in the city , you have to try traditional cabagge soup !
Wonderful place with amazing foods and drinks! We really had a great time here.
Not just restaurant ...also good place for having wine or coffee ...you can buy BARtislava souvenirs here
Nice restaurant . Medieval building, lots of food, good drought beer .
Great place to visit (interiors are impressive), but food was at best average (only bryndza dumplings are worth to mention)
Local food is tasty and cheap . Atmosphere is better to see.
Huge place, looks like another tourist attraction , some kind of Middle Ages interior
Atmosphere is great, fried cheese is excellent, draft beer is perfect!! And watch out the pickpockets!!
Everything was great until we were ripped off by a waiter . Always check the recipe and $$$ they tap into terminal
Nice restaurant with good prices and a wide variety of specialities...
Great restaurant . Quite big with several floors and tastly decorated.
Great atmosphere, good food and drinks and the service si quite nice.
Try the traditional Slovak food here: dumplings with cheese . Very nice!
Place was good but not for us..Tatarak meal was terrible..i.dont recommend to anybody especially people who loves grill or fried meat ..i am not used to eat someting like that before.
Beer and environment. Service is poor, food is ok and abundant. Venue very old and interesting, will surely feed good conversation..war room.
Very nice place to see, good beer , some food's good, some's worser .. but a must see in Bratislava..
Slovenska misa pre dvoch jednoznacne! Slovak plate for two for sure!
Tatarak was great. But get it pre-mixed to avoid hard work.
Share some Slovakian food with friends at this former church
Food is delicious and inside really different
If by chance you have no other place to go for your daily serving of Cesnakova Polievka, DON'T even be tempted by the more pricey option served in bread . The bread is awful. €1.5 spent for nothing.
The greatest bryndzove halusky in town . 10/10
great bathroom !!!! ;) ( try the soup in the bread & feed the rest of the bread to the birds):-)
the food is very good, tasty and cheap . amazing place!!
Alwas crowded but always tasty. Poor beer but food is excellent.
The best looking pub in Bratislava
Great beer , great atmosphere. You better leave out the food and go for beer instead.
the garlic soup is actually really good! cheap beer (cheaper than water) and good coffee. warm space!! - Joana Magalhães
Generaly is OK. But they did not have everything in the menu. It could be a little cheaper. - Kalin Georgiev
Picturesque view of the old town. Don't miss this place if you're in Bratislava. - Artyom Fedosov
You can find KFC, McDonalds here, also lot of outdoor events happen here (e.g. concerts, gatherings). Groceries can be bought at Billa, also Asian and Slovak restaurants can be found here. - Peter Babusak
