Visit it at night and during the day, as it's beautiful during both times. You have to go while in Bratislava; it's the icon of the city . The best place to see it is from the tower in Old Town Hall .
Visit here on sunset to take beautiful pictures of Bratislava and take a shot of castle in the evening. There is a nice green path, where you feel the nature, climbing to castle in just 5 minutes.

The castle site was once a frontier post of the Roman Empire. Now contains the impressive Historical museum .

Peace and quiet and view on Austria from the top. You can really relax here and watch the sunset , for example.

This castle is so beautiful. Go on foot to visit it or take the tourist buses if you want. Nice view on the top during day and night.
You can go around the castle for free. Beautiful views .
A good tour will get you here for 30 minutes, but I feel like you could spend a whole day here. Come for the views at the very least.

tiny place. it's easy accessible from vienna by train . train ride one way takes approximability one hour. ticket including return for 16€.
Castle just looks like a big hotel . But the courtyard was beautiful and the views are spectacular

It offers a great view of the city . You can get enjoy while looking the capital. Castle was built in a really good position.
Go to the ticket counter to the right of the main castle doors before heading in, if you want to see the exhibits . That way, you won't have to come out again.

Beautiful place. We did a boat trip and was dropped off for 2 hours but would have liked to stay longer. Plenty of places to eat and drink near the castle. Well worth the visit - Rachel Coldrick
