It is an old hotel with a reall good location. If you are looking a budget hotel which has a food distance to downtown, enjoy it!!!
Hotel is ok on everything. Enough for a one night stay. The location is a big driver since its walking distance from all the important sites and restaurants .

Good budget option. Friendly staff but rooms don't have A/C and can be hot. Breakfast nothing special. Good location and affordable parking . Ok if you just need a clean place to stay.
