crazy queuing at times, try the terrace (+15%) for faster seating. Foodwise jamon iberico bellota and the gazpacho are true winners.
Good service and very decent food. The place is quite large with a traditional Spanish unterior and a nice terrace . We were offered vermouths as a compliment. Perfect lunch or dinner .
Try the squid in oil with cilantro , the paella during lunch time and the crepe farcie de foie gras , goat cheese and apple . Don't leave without trying their pisco sour !
The foie , octopus & oxtail (pictured) tapas are amazing! Nice authentic place. You might need to wait a little for a table but it's worth it
Nice ambience with sushi - a nice change from constantly just having tapas !
Their "Ligeritos" are all amazing, especially the smoked salmon . Their open area is very nice and cool. The waiters are very polite and efficient. One of the best restaurants I've been to in Spain.
Pimpi is fun and frenetic with the best views in Malaga looking longingly onto the Alcazaba and amphitheater . Inside is a maze of tables and nooks to squeeze your tapa and fino into. A must in Malaga!
It’s a great place to eat ! The service is very good ! However you can try the restaurant upstairs same brand , seated with a great view also . Not more expensive !
The seafood platter was really good! The ambience and setting were lovely and I would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Malaga ????
By far one of the best tapas bar in town . Yes it is touristic yes it is crowded as hell but YES you should visit. You can't help not loving the atmosphere.
Sautéed clams were excellent as well as the broken eggs with foie gras ...but the restaurant is extremely busy so waiters are generally very agitated.
Great atmosphere, cozy and interesting interior, nice staff and good food.It will be better to make a reservation for dinner if you want to sit outside.
This sprawling restaurant has sunny tables overlooking the amphitheater and a labyrinthine interior with many corners to perch your caña and tapas on. Head inside for the best atmosphere.
It's a large restaurant and in a very touristy area, but the food was really good. The paella and the "Mariscada de Málaga" were totally worth it.
Astonishing food, really relaxed Spanish atmosphere, friendly staff that doesn't push. Did i already notice how beautiful the place is? Just a great experience!
A must once you are in Malaga .. Try the mix sea food plate , fired chickens and grilled meat .. Amazing views as well :)
Wide variety of dishes, depending on which part of this huge establishment you are in. They serve food until pretty later.
Got one word for you. Piripi. One of the world’s greatest sandos . Unless you’re some vegan , get it!
+quality +friendly staff +armosphere +location/accessibility// -price/quantity relation - slow service on rush hours -large waiting line ,without reserving a table. All in all, a "must"
Huge and very trendy , hard to find a place after 9 pm, try different tapas and shellfish
If you come to Malaga don't miss El pimpi. An authentic bar full of tradition
Large, bustling tapas restaurant clearly favourable with locals and visitors alike. Good food and drink, fast service .
Normal price, good food. The service is a bit disappointing. You need to be in noticeable spot or having to call the waiter constantly. I recommend the Solomillo with mustard sauce and the desserts =????
Do not miss this place! Delicious food, fast service , authentic athmosphere! Fav in Malaga!
Despite being a huge tourist attraction the food is really good and fast. Also, delicious Spanish wine !
Best food in Spain. I have been in Spain for three years, and never tried something like this. Worth a visit!!! Great service with a smile as well :-)
Surprisingly enjoyable tortilla , beautiful pulpo , yummy mango dessert .
Unbearably crowded , but the atmosphere is cool. Food is above avarage. Service is quite fast considering the number of people visiting. Take no risk and order sea seafood .
Incredible beautiful restaurant . Always crowded but it's worth waiting for a table inside or outside
awesome Pringa, salmorejo and puntillosas. It's super crowded but they serve pretty fast. Fantastic boquerones.
Tasty tapas and atmosphere, may be a bit touristy but this is Malaga.
Great food, service and price. If you take the right table you can have a nice view from the Roman Theater and Alcazaba de Málaga. Any time of the day is a good time to go there. Good wines also.
The place is located in a very central and busy area. They charge 15% on the top of the price list, when you sit outdoor!! The portions are small and absolutely low value for money you pay.
Only wine , location and service!Almost no vege options. 6€ for 1 sliced tomato , 9 € fried aubergine . Just bc. Antonio and Penelope signed their wine barrels does not mean it is a good dining place.
Great place, good location. Tasty food, good prices
Very nice ambiance, good service . Fresh seafood . Recommended.
Great authentic place with friendly (fast) staff and good tapas . Would definitely go back.
Nice combination of Andalusian and Japanese food
Food was delicious and the service was great! Good size portions too totally worth the price
Love this place! Calamaris and seafood is great!!!
so nice place! we had almost all the tapas and salmorecho was delicious!
The best place at Malaga to have a drink & great Spanish tapas ! Nice big terrace , traditional decoration, lovely music .
Starter bread dry with no butter. Hamburger-dry, no souce, very thin tomato , no other garnish and huge buns-it was not eatable. Pork - better but with no serious garnish . Very crouded, come before 20.
The pork sirloin with mustard sauce and figs is absolutely stupendous! Must try!
Great appearance and atmosphere, but the sangria tasted quite watered-down with lemonade . The winter gazpacho was nice, but not blown away by it.
Good tapas , octopus and adobo fish were especially good. Note no paella in the pm.
Very typical tapas from this region!!! Camarones & ensalada Malagueña
Has a variety of local Andalucian wine ! Worth visiting. Very friendly camarero!
the food is great, i recommend especially the rose wine ..
One of the most beautiful venues in Malaga. Must try!
Cava, white wine, hamburger, pimientas del patron, grilled white fish filet and others- all tasty! Gets crowded after 8:30, prepare for some waiting in line but worth it! - Tamara Sepsi
We came for the fritura malagueña and sangria and stayed for the mojitos and sun on this bustling terrace in the centre of Malaga. Definitely our favourite place in Malaga - Stephen Dawson
Really helpful and friendly staff! Try the Pasta Carbonara, its delishious. - Hanne F
Very nice old theatre. .. in the middle of town !!! Georgious - Dolf
Great collection, not too big so you can spend an hour or two and have the rest of your day to explore Malaga. - Alex Still
Well worth a visit! There are lots of steps but many stopping places to enjoy the wonderful views of the Puerto, mountains and city. - Heather Hilder-Darling
