Even though you don't see the best works of Picasso , it's still a great museum . The long queue tells the whole story, so go early. You can avoid the queue on Sundays if you don't visit on free hours.
Apart from Picasso's exhibition ,some temporary exhibitions take place,too.12 Exhibition Rooms if Picasso's art pieces, with a provided audio guide in a few languages!Very interesting,it's worth it

Great collection, not too big so you can spend an hour or two and have the rest of your day to explore Malaga.
The exhibition of Dennis Hopper creations including artistic photos, paintings are worth to see. The painting of Olga in hall 12 is unique. It is very rare to see that type of Picasso creation.
Very nice, two floors are dedicated to picasso. Entrance to students under the age of 26 are discounted and university members and kids are free of charge
A full half day here is a must - you'll want to browse all the small shops, street exhibitions , cafes and restaurants around after finishing with the museum .

An impressive selection of Picasso's art . Entry fee was €6 for standard and a further €3 for a temporary additional exhibit . There's a good video documentary explaining his artwork during his life.
Nice museum with early works of Picasso , sculptures and paintings . The audio device contains a lot of details about his life
Just amazing for those who love Picasso. Museum is equipped with guiding headphones, so you will know all the details of his paintings .

Great museum . Not too big. Lovely building. Great archaeological ruins in basement . Fab Pablo photos in temp exhib. Combinado ticket = access all areas. 8 euros sept 2011. Closed Monday.

Quite crowded , but really nice. Although they don't have too many works, it all clicks well and it's a nice walk through Picasso's works.
A must in Málaga. Visit the museum shop , they have some really good deals :)
First do a quick read about Picasso's life, then see the portraits in the museum . On Sunday bw 18.00-20.00 it is free.

Don't forget to Stand stil for Some minutes to loom to the Belgium movie from Paul Haesarts and dated from 1950. Picasso instant....
Be sure to pick up one of the walking speakers and DO NOT take photos!
Despite the web might say different, it is indeed closed on Mondays, so careful with your travel plans. Also, impossible to reach by car. Find a parking nearby if you need it.
Great museum . But they are running the AC on FULL blast. Cold.

Lonely Planet compliments the museum cafe . I disagree. The food is all right but very pricy . Rather find a cafe in the streets of Malaga.
