Check in staff Bala is good. Rooms are spacious . Not really four star, but good price! Good breakfast too! But yo for this price I'd come back. Rm230 for two nights I paid. Any more and I won't stay!

Very spacious room , with balcony summore. Quiet hotel . Good to gather 10-15 friends to party. Location abit far from the main spot, but walking distance to the beach . Value for money .

I think Hilton took over and renovated the hotel . Services was very fast for check in. They gave cookie for welcome gift .

Across the footbridge towards the beach you'll find a nice little restaurant . Great for a snack or a drink.

Newer hotel than Golden Sands Shangri-la. Smaller swimming pool . Room has balcony though. A bit cheaper price-wise. Overall rating B-.

Deluxe room is pretty spacious , albeit it looks a little old. Towels, toiletries, hair dryer are all provided. I would prefer sea view though :p

Now at the lobby, the wifi connection doesn't need an I'd and p'word for access.. just connect to lobby wifi connection and enjoy. :D.

Value for money . Room is big. Toilet a bit small but still ok. Only downside is they do not provide iron. U have to go to the iron room.

Only 3 counters to check in, they need to go behind office to print/copy document, troublesome n causing the service even slower. Room is quite huge, with balcony . Facilities wise are old.

Very spacious room.Really huge for the price paid.Wont complain much on the old furnitures in the room.The only inconvenience was the need to take the pedestrian bridge to get to the beach .

Don't get a premium room facing the sea and pool area . Live band will keep you awake until 1am.

Sucks! Room 416 wc flush is spoiled! Check in by 3pm but we came at 4pm yet still ask us to wait 30mins for room clean up! Poolside restaurant is just normal and got hair inside my oatmeal porridge !

All the staff are friendly especially the palms team.. Keep up the good job...

Staff was late to check us in. The bed was very itchy and with unidentified stain. I would not recommend it as it is not convenient for business travelers.

This 4-star hotel parking area is quite small n narrow, so if u're driving a long vehicle it might be a bit tough to manouvre.
