Had the signature dohatsuten ramen . Not too spicy . I added baby corn and they literally gave me 1 single baby corn . ok ramen , better than some other places nearby.
Great ramen - get their signature ramen with tonkotsu broth . Outstanding. Also their crispy rice dishes cooked in cast iron - amazeballs.

Definitely try the special crispy rice dishes cooked in cast iron. Loved the Eel . Seriously amazing.
They give more meat in their ramen than other places! So delicious
The ramen is wonderful, but don't miss the rice dishes. Chashu & Takana is my fave.
Signature ramen is a bit spicy - ask for w/o the spicy meat if you don't want it to be spicy . Overall really good though

Can get crowded at lunch . Get there early or add you name to the list on the door as soon as you arrive.
They do a very respectable Tsukemen (dipping noodles in condensed sauce). I don't know many other places in the Bay Area that serves it.
