To avoid constant use of the Loop, take 74th (behind the hotel ). Parking lot gets crazy busy at night thanks to the 50 Yard Line next door.

Don't stay on the bottom floor. The building is so old you can hear everything upstairs-including how many times in the middle of the night your neighbor gets up to use bathroom .

Be sure to ask for a nonsmoking room.

Nothing's good there! They charged my card $100 right away for "incidentals" but didn't bother to tell me that it takes 5 to 7 business days until it's credited back to your card!! TV didn't work.

The hotel was preparing to change to another franchise. As a result, it was grossly below Residence Inn Marriott standards. Room was not cleaned & toilet didn't work.

Rooms are actually really spacious . Not the best place but pretty good for Lubbock.

Gym equipment is crap. I stay here close to 25 times a year and complain about it and never has anything happened. Weak

The rooms are much better here than what I expected given the location and surroundings.
