Wet, cold towels to cool down after a workout in fridge . Awesome!
Not a lot of larger free weights , but there are two sets: one inside and one outside.
Small. 2 benches , 2 dumbbell racks, few cardio machines and not much else. On the plus side, one of the weight racks is outdoors so you can get your sweat on in the sun.
and sweat you will, just by walking in. SO hot in here!
