Great view for breakfast or coffee .. the table at the back is great to do some business on laptop.

First, I agree with the other tip that Jennifer is "love-worthy" btw I passed along your love @udayc - she was flattered. Second, show up on a nice weather Sunday - it's fantastic.
Backyard area is rather small, don't count on actual swim . Get some tan and freshen up
Overpriced and pretentious . Happy hour menu really limited. Beer well priced during happy hour though.
