Large hotel that's spread throughout. Seems to monopolize the area even though they are not connected. Great location for a sunset . But beach is open so lots of people doing the same.

Sell you a ocean view but then don't give you one and up charge you if you want one at check in. Free Breakfast ! a must since most meals in town run +$12/ppl.Most relaxed I've been in a long time.

Beware of a wearing a wristband during your whole period of stay.

Walk North up the beach and take a river cruise up into the nature reserve .

The new section (further from the beach ) isnt quite ready. No safety boxes working, phones and even had trouble with the toilet .

If you value the hotel practically being placed on the beach , this hotel is for you. Overall good quality, but staff is a bit on ignore mode.

Most of Staff was horrible! Rude and frequently ignore the people staying here. Only a few who were amazing!! Those 3 staff members make me want to come back again. The restaurant (Matapalo ) is crap.

Para el tipo de hotel , la atención no es muy buena. En el desayuno no dejan usar computadora WTF! Realmente una tontera. Eso si entrada directa a la playa hermosa, no todo es malo. Baños diminutos...

Cambiaron el menú y esta pésimo! No hay nada de comer. El servicio es lo peor. Ha bajado mucho la calidad
