If you get the "old wing", rooms are super small even elevator is smaller! Clean bathroom . Water runs good. Hot shower ok. Love the nice smell of fragrance all over the hotel lobby and walk way.

Good hotel location, near Yau Ma Tei MTR station . Rooms are slightly bigger. WiFi is free in the hotel and Handy phone is complimentary for bigger hotel rooms--which is a must whilst exploring HK.

Great location near the MTR, tucked away just a street away from bustling Nathan Road . Convenient and accessible with lots of eateries and little shops around. Perfect base to explore HK.

Nice hotel , great for a good price, you can actually walk in the room and not bump into the bed..free wifi , MTR is 100steps away centrally located near good shopping..Japanese ramen nearby mikichi!

If you don’t wish to squeeze on the MTR with luggage, take airport express to Kowloon station and hop on the free K5 shuttle. First stop is The Cityview and it’s right outside the lobby.

Good place to stay and fair value for money , close to mtr and bus stop . Choose the room with free handphone you can take outside and make free local and international calls in selected countries .

Nice location in Yau Ma Tei. Near underground train exit A2 . Nice staffs at front counter. Never tried their coffee shop but local people seems to like them.

A very good location, 2min walk to Yau ma Tei station. The staff upgrade me to executive room without reason. Wifi also free of charge.

Excellent location right by Yau Ma Tei MTR (use exit A2 ). Decent rooms , attentive staff . Sadly, no free wifi . It's 40 hkd for an hr, $80 for 4 hrs, $120 for the day)

The room is small also the bed is small and hard I had trouble sleeping it wasn't comfortable but other than that it was good great room service and nice staff

Executive room is more expensive than deluxe room but much smaller. I rejected the free upgrade for a more spacious room (deluxe) with bathtub and free wifi .

Second time here. Both time got the old room and was told we got 'upgraded'. Will consider other hotel for my next visit. Good thing is the location.

The location is GREAT! But the rooms were very small and my room did not even have a window. Checking in and out was very quick.
