Great setup but bad service. If unhelpful staff isnt enough, fancy being stuck outside your room w/luggage, a mile from anywhere, no phone, your key cards don't work. Missing water, half lights dead.

Very nice hotel . However, VERY expensive . The language barrier is bad and they dont tell you, they'll charge you for bottles of water . Most hotels thats complimentary . I think its shady. Beds are nice

No complain...the room is very spaces service not tht bad as told by some of the past guest....ok for privacy and quite stay.

Cosy beds but a little run down, service quite inconsistent, we didn't get a refill of sugar on a day, no bath gel on the other.. Services overpriced, bottled water TOO expensive !

I can just say this is a poorly maintained hotel .

Poorly maintained hotel . Tandas flush rosak, aircond tak sejuk , bathtub got stain. However the room arrangement is ok.
