Despite the clean and spacious room , the walls are pretty thin as you can hear people walking outside and toilets flushing. Close proximity to duty free shops and eateries is a plus point

Service is superb and the breakfast buffet is good! ???? Highly recommended this place if you are looking for hotel stay.

Service sux! This hotel doesn't give toothbrush and bathroom slippers...despite going down to the front desk to ask...the receptionist asked me to buy from the gift shop at lobby, but it was closed!

Very bad first impression. Rooms old and smelly. Went to see three rooms prior finding one were the smell was in a tolerable level. Hope to survive over night.

Not much change for the past few yrs. Poor wifi signal at level 14.

Avoid this place and avoid Langkawi in its entirety. Go to Thailand instead, it's only a few km away.
