Unique environment with open space area (heated in winter). Prices are very expensive (pot of tea - 10 azn), tea set which includes 2 tea pots with sweeties - 70 azn (without big samovar)

for a foreigner absolutely a not recommened place. they make business with government; as "normal guest" you get cheated all way. my advice: avoid. even quality is not more than typical.
